How do I determine my correct ring size?
We provide a comprehensive sizing guide on each product page. You can measure the inner diameter of a ring you already own or use a piece of string to measure your finger circumference and match it to our chart.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. International shipping can take 10-21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are defective.
How should I care for my jewelry to prevent tarnishing?
To maintain your jewelry's brilliance, avoid contact with water, perfumes, and lotions. Store your pieces in a cool, dry place, preferably in the microfiber pouch provided with your order.
Do you offer a warranty on your pieces?
Yes, we offer a 12-month warranty covering any manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or loss of items.
