Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Jewelry

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original gift box and secure it inside a padded shipping envelope to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
